Brief business history:

Alain was born in France, and achieved  his college studies in Paris. He speaks French, English and Spanish.

1965 - 1966     Alain was a Realtor in Paris

1966 - 1978     Alain was working and living in Mallorca, Spain,  in charge for Sales and development for two Developers (Studiotel SA , and Rentapart SA), being a share holder as well. He established a large Real Estate Sales force from France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, to sell Real Estate in Mallorca.

Alain has been involved in the development, construction, Marketing  and the sale of over 3,000 Homes, condos, studios, Towhnhouses, Lots and some Commercials, representing in 2007 a value of approximately $750,000,000.00

1979 - 1989     Alain moved to Vancouver with his family, and has been successful developing lots, houses and townhouses in Surrey, BC.

1989 - 1992     Alain retired from business.

1992 -                 Alain came back to business, being a Realtor joining the Sutton group in White Rock, BC. Since the begining, Alain has been successful assembling land for major Builders-Developers and selling Foreclosures; You've probably have seen his Zold signs.
